SPONTANEOUS RUPTURE OF BOTH KIDNEYS IN A PATIENT WITH COMBINED TRAUMA

Abstract

We report the clinical case of successful conservative treatment in a patient with poisoning and thermomechanical trauma, complicated by acute renal failure and spontaneous rupture of both kidneys with retroperitoneal hemorrhage
