Аннотация
Представлено клиническое наблюдение успешного консервативного лечения пострадавшей с отравлением и термомеханической травмой, осложнившейся острой почечной недостаточнос- тью и спонтанным разрывом обеих почек с образованием забрюшинного кровоизлияния.
