ИМПЛАНТАЦИЯ КАВА-ФИЛЬТРОВ ПОД УЛЬТРАЗВУКОВЫМ КОНТРОЛЕМ (ОБЗОР ЛИТЕРАТУРЫ)
Аннотация
РЕЗЮМЕ. В случаях критического состояния больных, их нетранспортабельности, множественной травмы, скелетной иммобилизации, непереносимости контрастных препаратов, почечной недостаточности, крайне избыточном весе пациентов, а также у беременных женщин имплантация кава-фильтров в ангиографической операционной после контрастной каваграфии представляет большие сложности. Цель обзора — осветить возможность установки кава-фильтров с помощью альтернативных методов визуализации при трансабдоминальном дуплексном сканировании и внутрисосудистом ультразвуковом исследовании.
