ЭНДОВАСКУЛЯРНЫЕ МЕТОДЫ ЛЕЧЕНИЯ ПРИ ПЕРЕЛОМАХ КОСТЕЙ ТАЗА (ОБЗОР ЛИТЕРАТУРЫ)

Аннотация

РЕЗЮМЕ. Переломы костей таза могут сопровождаться травмой сосудов с последующим кровотечением, нестабильностью гемодинамики и высокой летальностью. Используются следующие эндоваскулярные методы: временная окклюзия аорты баллоном, стентирование при повреждении магистральных артерий, и, наиболее широко, эмболизация. Часто эмболизация применяется в комплексе лечебных мероприятий. Несмотря на высокую эффективность методов, существуют различные подходы и алгоритмы, возможны осложнения, может возникать необходимость в повторных вмешательствах. Обзор посвящен анализу диагностики, тактики лечения и результатов применения эндоваскулярных методов при травме таза, сочетающейся с повреждением сосудов.
