Хроническая болезнь почек и инфаркт миокарда

Аннотация

Популяция пациентов с хронической болезнью почек (ХБП) с исходом в терминальную почечную недостаточность неуклонно растет. По мере ухудшения функции почек риск развития острого инфаркта миокарда (ОИМ) с тяжелыми коронарными стенозами и госпитальной летальностью увеличивается. Ведение пациентов с ХБП и ОИМ — сложная задача. В работе рассмотрены особенности течения ОИМ у больных на гемодиализе, перенесших трансплантацию почки, их диагностика и лечение.
