Эндоваскулярное лечение аневризм подколенной артерии

Аннотация

Целью обзора явилось изучение результатов эндоваскулярного лечения аневризм подколенной артерии. Эндоваскулярное лечение с использованием стент-графтов является безопасной и эффективной альтернативой открытой реконструктивной операции, имеет более низкий уровень раневых осложнений и более короткий срок госпитализации, удовлетворительные технические и клинические результаты даже при долгосрочном наблюдении. При необходимости стентирования протяженного участка с использованием нескольких стентов плохое состояние дистального русла повышает риск неудачи стентирования. Тщательный отбор пациентов, надлежащая оперативная техника, правильный подбор размера стент-графта позволяют получить хорошие результаты.
