Аннотация

РЕЗЮМЕ. Материал посвящен современным подходам к лечению больных, находящихся в состоянии кардиогенного шока, развившегося в результате острого инфаркта миокарда. Представлены данные о патогенезе, клинических проявлениях такого осложнения, а также подробно рассматриваются современные подходы к лечению подобных больных. Обсуждается проблема неудовлетворительных результатов лечения больных острым инфарктом миокарда, находящихся в состоянии кардиогенного шока, и возможные подходы к их улучшению.
