ВНУТРИСУСТАВНЫЕ ПЕРЕЛОМЫ ДИСТАЛЬНОГО ОТДЕЛА БОЛЬШЕБЕРЦОВОЙ КОСТИ: ЭВОЛЮЦИЯ ВЗГЛЯДОВ НА ХИРУРГИЧЕСКОЕ ЛЕЧЕНИЕ (ОБЗОР ЛИТЕРАТУРЫ)
Аннотация
РЕЗЮМЕ. Переломы пилона являются одними из наиболее сложных для лечения повреждений. В послед нее время частота внутрисуставных переломов дистального отдела большеберцовой кости стремительно увеличивается, но бурные дискуссии по поводу оптимальных хирургических методов лечения и об оптимальном времени операции продолжаются. Целью статьи является обзор различных методов лечения переломов пилона и эволюции взглядов на лечение подобных переломов.
