Социодемографические и клинико-психологические факторы послеоперационного восстановления пациентов со стенозом позвоночного канала: обзор исследований

Аннотация

Обзор посвящен роли психологических факторов в восстановлении пациентов после операции на позвоночнике (при стенозе позвоночного канала). Отмечена высокая эпидемиологическая и экономическая значимость синдрома боли в спине. Приведены результаты исследований социодемографических, клинических и психологических факторов оценки пациентами удовлетворенности результатом проведенной операции и качества жизни после нее. Представлены исследования эффективности методов психологической помощи в предоперационном периоде и их влияние на восстановление после операции. Делается вывод об определенной противоречивости существующих данных, необходимости дальнейших исследований и целесообразности психологической диагностики перед операцией для уточнения прогноза восстановления после нее, выявления мишеней психологической помощи и проведения курса психологической подготовки для улучшения результатов операционного вмешательства.
