Золотым стандартом диагностики ожога дыхательных путей (ОДП) при ингаляционной травме является бронхоскопия (БС). Определение степени тяжести ОДП в первые сутки затруднено из-за множественных очагов фиксированной копоти и возможно только после ее удаления. Оптимизация стандартной методики санационнной БС при ОДП путем удаления копоти при помощи эндоскопических щипцов и щеток значительно повысила эффективность первичной эндоскопической диагностики, которая составила 74,9%. Наиболее частые ошибки в диагностике тяжести повреждения слизистой оболочки связаны с ОДП 1-й степени.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>ABSTRACT. The diagnostic standard for airway burn in inhalation trauma is bronchoscopy. Determining the severity of a burn of the respiratory tract within first 24 hours is difficult due to the multiple foci of fixed soot, therefore, this procedure is possible only after its removal. Optimization of the standard method of sanitation bronchoscopy in case of airway burn by removing soot with endoscopic forceps and brushes significantly increase the efficacy of primary endoscopic diagnosis, which amounts to 74.9%.
