Представлено редкое клиническое наблюдение спонтанного разрыва аневризмы левой желудочно-сальниковой артерии с жизнеугрожающим внутрибрюшным кровотечением.

We report a rare clinical case of spontaneous rupture of the aneurysm left gastroepiploic artery with life-threatening intra-abdominal haemorrhage.
