Материал посвящен современным подходам к лечению больных, находящихся в состоянии кардиогенного шока, развившегося в результате острого инфаркта миокарда. Представлены данные о патогенезе, клинических проявлениях такого осложнения, а также подробно рассматриваются современные подходы к лечению подобных больных. Обсуждается проблема неудовлетворительных результатов лечения больных острым инфарктом миокарда, находящихся в состоянии кардиогенного шока, и возможные подходы к их улучшению. </p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>ABSTRACT. The article addresses current approaches to the management of cardiogenic shock developed in patients with acute myocardial infarction. The authors present the data on the pathogenesis, clinical manifestations of this complication, and also a detailed review of current approaches to the treatment of patients with cardiogenic shock.
