Авторы представляют случай из практики: редкое наблюдение обширной ретрофарингеальной гематомы. Причиной ретрофарингеальной гематомы была недиагностированная травма шейного отдела позвоночника с постепенным вовлечением в травматическую болезнь спинного мозга.

The authors report a rare clinical case of extensive retropharyngeal hematoma, associated with undiagnosed injury of the cervical spine with a gradual involvement of the spinal cord into the traumatic disease.
