На основании анализа данных о лечении 166 пациентов, оперированных в НИИ СП им. Н.В. Склифосовского за период с 2007 по 2013 гг., выявлены неблагоприятные факторы течения послеоперационного периода, приводящие к тяжелым осложнениям и смертельным исходам. Разработан комплексный подход, позволяющий улучшить результаты лечения у больных с разрывом аневризмы брюшного отдела аорты.

Analysing 166 cases of patients operated on in 2007 – 2013, we revealed adverse factors of postoperative period, leading to serious complications and death. The developed comprehensive approach allows to improve treatment outcomes in patients with a ruptured aneurysm of the abdominal aorta.
