Переломы пилона являются одними из наиболее сложных для лечения повреждений. В послед­ нее время частота внутрисуставных переломов дистального отдела большеберцовой кости стремительно увеличивается, но бурные дискуссии по поводу оптимальных хирургических методов лечения и об оптимальном времени операции продолжаются. Целью статьи является обзор различных методов лечения переломов пилона и эволюции взглядов на лечение подобных переломов.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>ABSTRACT. The pilon fractures are one of the most technically difficult injuries to treat. Recently, the frequency of distal tibia intra­articular fractures has increased rapidly, but controversial discussion of optimal surgical technique and optimal timing of surgery is ongoing.
