Современный этап развития здравоохранения характеризуется повсеместным внедрением медицинских информационных систем с унификацией технологических процессов и полным переходом к электронному документообороту, одной из важнейших составляющих которого является автоматическое ведение электронных медицинских карт. Однако на сегодняшний день реальная практика сталкивается с рядом вызовов и проблем, решение которых становится первоочередной задачей.</p></sec><sec><title>Цель исследования</title><p>Цель исследования. Анализ текущего состояния цифровизации службы анестезиологии и реаниматологии в медицинских учреждениях страны на пути внедрения автоматизированного документооборота.</p></sec><sec><title>Материал и методы</title><p>Материал и методы. Проведена экспертная оценка цифровизации служб (подразделений) анестезиологии и реаниматологии (АиР) 235 многопрофильных стационаров, включая оценку её уровня, ведущих компонентов, их структуры в общей выборке. Использована информация многоцентрового анкетного исследования, одобренного Федерацией анестезиологов и реаниматологов России.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. Исследование показало, что функциональность медицинской информационной системы в каждом конкретном стационаре отличается в зависимости от разработчика и технических возможностей самого стационара. Исследование выявило, что электронное ведение документации в области АиР, в том числе полностью автоматизированное, в настоящее время сопряжено с рядом проблем (барьеров), включая технические сложности, необходимость обучения персонала, вопросы конфиденциальности и безопасности данных.</p></sec><sec><title>Заключение</title><p>Заключение. Для автоматизированного электронного документооборота необходимо комплексное решение вопросов технического и программного обеспечения, подключения специального оборудования и обучения персонала. Кроме того, для успешной интеграции электронных карт анестезии и интенсивной терапии в медицинскую практику необходимо активное сотрудничество всех заинтересованных сторон: медицинских сотрудников, IT-специалистов, администрации медицинских учреждений и органов здравоохранения.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Abstract</title><p>Abstract. The current stage of healthcare development is characterized by the widespread introduction of medical information systems with the unification of technological processes and a complete transition to electronic document management; one of the most important components of which is the automatic maintenance of electronic medical records. However, today, real practice is facing a number of challenges and problems, the solution of which is becoming a top priority.</p></sec><sec><title>The Aim of the Study</title><p>The Aim of the Study. was to analyze the current state of digitalization of the anesthesiology and resuscitation (A&amp;R) services in the country’s medical institutions towards the introduction of automated document management.</p></sec><sec><title>Material and Methods</title><p>Material and Methods. An expert assessment of the digitalization of A&amp;R services (departments) of 235 multidisciplinary hospitals was conducted, including the evaluation of its level, leading components and their structure in the overall sample. Information from a multicenter questionnaire study approved by the Federation of Anaesthesiologists and Reanimatologists of Russia was used.</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results. The study showed that the functionality of the medical information system in each particular hospital differs depending on the developer and the technical capabilities of the hospital itself. The study revealed that electronic document management in the field of A&amp;R, including fully automated ones, is currently fraught with a number of problems (barriers), including technical difficulties, the need for staff training, issues of confidentiality and data security.</p></sec><sec><title>Conclusions</title><p>Conclusions. Automated electronic document management requires a comprehensive solution to issues of hardware and software, connection of special equipment, and personnel training.
