Высокая частота встречаемости закрытых повреждений печени, общая и послеоперационная летальность определяют необходимость поиска оптимальных вариантов лечения пациентов.</p></sec><sec><title>ЦЕЛЬ ИССЛЕДОВАНИЯ</title><p>ЦЕЛЬ ИССЛЕДОВАНИЯ. Проведение систематического обзора литературы по сравнительной оценке различных вариантов лечения пациентов с закрытой травмой печени.</p></sec><sec><title>МАТЕРИАЛ И МЕТОДЫ</title><p>МАТЕРИАЛ И МЕТОДЫ. Систематический поиск нерандомизированных исследований проведён с 01 октября 2015 года, а рандомизированных — без временных ограничений, по 31 декабря 2023 года.</p></sec><sec><title>РЕЗУЛЬТАТЫ</title><p>РЕЗУЛЬТАТЫ. Просматривается отчётливая тенденция к неоперативному ведению гемодинамически стабильных или стабилизированных пациентов в ходе проводимого лечения и наблюдения, а при гемодинамической нестабильности прибегают к использованию тампонады печени с ангиоэмболизацией (эндоваскулярному вмешательству) на втором этапе.</p></sec><sec><title>ЗАКЛЮЧЕНИЕ</title><p>ЗАКЛЮЧЕНИЕ. Требуется большее количество хорошо спланированных рандомизированных клинических исследований для конкретизации лечебного подхода к пострадавшим с повреждениями печени.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>INTRODUCTION</title><p>INTRODUCTION. The high incidence of closed liver injuries, general and postoperative mortality dictate the need to find optimal treatment options for those patients.</p></sec><sec><title>AIM OF STUDY</title><p>AIM OF STUDY. To conduct a systematic review of the literature on the comparative evaluation of various treatment options for patients with blunt liver injury.</p></sec><sec><title>MATERIAL AND METHODS</title><p>MATERIAL AND METHODS. A systematic search for non–randomized studies was conducted from 01 October 2015, and randomized studies - without time limits, until December 31, 2023.</p></sec><sec><title>RESULTS</title><p>RESULTS. There is a clear trend towards non-operative management of hemodynamically stable or stabilized patients, and in case of hemodynamic instability, the use of liver tamponade with angioembolization at the second stage.</p></sec><sec><title>CONCLUSION</title><p>CONCLUSION.
