Описать редкое клиническое наблюдение хирургического лечения хронического рецидивирующего вывиха костей предплечья методом кольцевой пластики связочного аппарата локтевого сустава (ЛС).</p></sec><sec><title>   МАТЕРИАЛ И МЕТОДЫ</title><p>   МАТЕРИАЛ И МЕТОДЫ. В условиях отделения травматологии и ортопедии, на базе кафедры травматологии и ортопедии ФГАОУ ВО «Российский университет дружбы народов» в ГБУЗ «Городская клиническая больница им. В. М. Буянова» ДЗМ, была проведена комплексная диагностика и лечение пациентки 38 лет с рецидивирующим вывихом костей предплечья. Выполнены клиническое и рентгенологическое исследования в объеме компьютерной и магнитно-резонансной томографии локтевого сустава для верификации диагноза. После установки диагноза хронической задней нестабильности локтевого сустава выполнена одномоментная пластика медиальной и латеральной локтевой коллатеральных связок однопетлевым циркулярным аутотрансплантатом из сухожилия длинноймалоберцовой мышцы.</p></sec><sec><title>   РЕЗУЛЬТАТЫ</title><p>   РЕЗУЛЬТАТЫ. На сроках наблюдения 12 месяцев отмечен успешный клинический результат хирургического лечения с восстановлением стабильности и функции локтевого сустава. Болевой синдром пошкале ВАШ уменьшился до 1 см (до операции 0 см) при физической нагрузке. Амплитуда активных движений в ЛС после операции составила: сгибание 140° (до операции 135°), разгибание 5° (до операции 5°), пронация-супинация 150° (до операции 160°). После операции данные по шкалам составили: QuickDASH — 26 баллов (до операции 44 балла), OES — 72 балла (до операции 45 баллов), MEPS — 85 баллов (до операции 55 баллов). МEPS составила 55 баллов, OES — 45 баллов, QuickDASH — 44 балла, QuickDASH (раздел работы) — 75 баллов.</p></sec><sec><title>   ЗАКЛЮЧЕНИЕ</title><p>   ЗАКЛЮЧЕНИЕ. Сухожильная кольцевая пластика локтевого сустава является эффективным методом хирургического лечения мультинаправленной рецидивирующей нестабильности локтевого сустава, способствует восстановлению стабильности и функции сустава и не приводит к ограничению движений в нем.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>   AIM OF STUDY</title><p>   AIM OF STUDY. To describe a rare clinical case of surgical treatment of chronic recurrent dislocation of the forearm bones using the method of circular plastic surgery of the elbow joint ligaments.</p></sec><sec><title>   MATERIAL AND METHODS</title><p>   MATERIAL AND METHODS. In the conditions of the Department of Traumatology and Orthopedics on the basis of the Department of Traumatology and Orthopedics of the Federal State Autonomous Educational Institution of Higher Education “Russian Peoples’ Friendship University” in the V. M. Buyanov City Clinical Hospital of the Moscow Health Department, a comprehensive diagnosis and treatment of a 38-year-old patient with recurrent dislocation of the forearm bones was carried out. Clinical and radiological examinations including computed tomography and magnetic resonance imaging of the elbow joint were performed to verify the diagnosis. After a diagnosis of chronic posterior instability of the elbow joint was established, simultaneous plastic surgery of the medial and lateral ulnar collateral ligaments was performed using a single-loop circular autograft from the peroneus longus tendon.</p></sec><sec><title>   RESULTS</title><p>   RESULTS. At a follow-up period of 12 months, a successful clinical result of surgical treatment with restoration of stability and function of the elbow joint was observed. Pain syndrome on the VAS scale decreased to 1 cm (before surgery 0 cm) with physical activity. The amplitude of active movements in the elbow joint after surgery was: flexion 140° (before surgery 135°), extension 5° (before surgery 5°), pronation-supination 150° (before surgery 160°). After surgery: QuickDASH score 26 (before surgery 44 points), OES score 72 (before surgery 45), MEPS score 85 (before surgery 55).
