Вросший ноготь является одной из причин хирургического вмешательства: на ее долю приходится до 20 % всех операций в поликлиниках. При этом консервативные и хирургические подходы к лечению недостаточно надежны: до 70 % случаев осложняются рецидивами.</p></sec><sec><title>   ЦЕЛЬ</title><p>   ЦЕЛЬ. Изучение топографического расположения и соотношения клеток ростковой зоны ногтевой пластинки, необходимое для планирования объема вмешательства при лечении вросшего ногтяпальцев ног.</p></sec><sec><title>   МАТЕРИАЛ И МЕТОДЫ</title><p>   МАТЕРИАЛ И МЕТОДЫ. Материалом для проведения собственных исследований были образцы кадаверного ногтевого комплекса, без выявленных патологий от 20 объектов разного возраста и пола. Исследования проводили с использованием гистологических, иммунофлуоресцентных и микроскопических методов.</p><p>   Результаты сопоставляли с имеющимися литературными данными, уточняя наиболее важные особенности строения. Полученные данные позволят обоснованно планировать объем вмешательства при проведении операций по поводу вросшего ногтя, а также снизить число неудовлетворительных результатов операций на ногтевом комплексе при травме и заболеваниях ногтей.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>   BACKGROUND</title><p>   BACKGROUND. An ingrown toenail is one of the reasons for surgical intervention: it accounts for up to 20 % of all operations in clinics. At the same time, conservative and surgical approaches to treatment are not reliable enough: up to 70% of cases are complicated by relapses.</p></sec><sec><title>   AIM OF STUDY</title><p>   AIM OF STUDY. To study the topographic location and ratio of cells in the growth zone of the nail plate, necessary for planning the volume of intervention in the treatment of ingrown toenails.</p></sec><sec><title>   MATERIAL AND METHODS</title><p>   MATERIAL AND METHODS. The material for conducting our own research was samples of the cadaver nail complex, without identified pathologies, from 20 objects of different ages and genders. Studies were carried out using histological, immunofluorescent and microscopic methods.</p><p>   The results were compared with available literature data, clarifying the most important structural features.
