Представлено клиническое наблюдение крайне редко встречающегося в гинекологической практике синдрома андрогенной резистентности (САР). Приведены данные о патогенезе заболевания, современная классификация и терминология различных форм данной патологии. Описаны фенотипические проявления заболевания, результаты выполненных клинико-инструментальных исследований и оперативного лечения.

Результаты проведенного исследования показывают возможность клинической диагностики САР и своевременного оперативного лечения больных с данной патологией, в связи с высоким риском малигнизации гонад.

The article presents a clinical observation of an extremely rare in gynecological practice androgen insensitivity syndrome (AIS). The authors give data on the pathogenesis of the disease, modern classification and terminology of various forms of this pathology. The phenotypic manifestations of the disease, the results of clinical and instrumental studies and surgical treatment are described.

The results of the study show the possibility of clinical diagnosis of AIS and timely surgical treatment of patients with this pathology, due to the high risk of gonadal malignancy.
