Высокая частота повреждений селезенки, а также ее важная иммунокомпетентная роль в организме диктуют необходимость разработки стандартизированного подхода к диагностике и лечению данной категории пациентов.</p></sec><sec><title>Цель работы</title><p>Цель работы. Стандартизация лечебно-диагностического подхода при сочетанной закрытой травме селезенки (ЗТС) для улучшения результатов лечения.</p></sec><sec><title>Материал и методы</title><p>Материал и методы. Анализ литературных источников российских и иностранных авторов по данной проблематике.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. Определен лечебно-диагностический алгоритм при сочетанной ЗТС, исходя из степени тяжести пациента; дано подробное описание неоперативного и поэтапного хирургического лечения.</p></sec><sec><title>Заключение</title><p>Заключение. Использование эндоваскулярных вмешательств при повреждениях селезенки, а также поэтапное лечение этих повреждений в условиях тяжелой политравмы способствуют снижению летальности. </p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Background</title><p>Background. The high frequency of injuries of the spleen, as well as its important immunocompetent role in the body, dictate the need to develop a standardized approach to the diagnosis and treatment of this category of patients.</p></sec><sec><title>Aim</title><p>Aim. Standardization of the treatment and diagnostic approach for combined blunt splenic injury to improve treatment results.</p></sec><sec><title>Material and methods</title><p>Material and methods. The analysis of literary sources of Russian and foreign authors on this issue.</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results. The therapeutic and diagnostic algorithm was developed for combined blunt splenic injury based on the severity of the patient, and a detailed description of non-operative and damage control surgical treatment was given.</p></sec><sec><title>Conclusion</title><p>Conclusion.
