Сочетанная закрытая абдоминальная травма сопровождается высокой летальностью, и превышение минимально необходимого объема операции в условиях крайне тяжелого состояния пациента часто приводит к неблагоприятному исходу.</p></sec><sec><title>Цель исследования</title><p>Цель исследования. Стандартизация поэтапного лечения пациентов с тяжелой сочетанной закрытой абдоминальной травмой.</p></sec><sec><title>Материал и методы</title><p>Материал и методы. В данном обзоре изложены новейшие сведения, полученные в результате изучения отечественной и зарубежной литературы, по вопросу многоэтапного хирургического лечения тяжелой сочетанной закрытой травмы живота. Пошагово описана концепция damage control, ее этапы, уточнены показания к видам оперативных вмешательств. Приведены литературные данные о результатах клинического применения методики с позиций доказательной медицины.</p></sec><sec><title>Заключение</title><p>Заключение. Четкое знание требуемого объема оперативного вмешательства на каждом этапе лечения пациентов с тяжелой сочетанной закрытой травмой живота, основных моментов интенсивной терапии, критериев стабилизации пациента и показаний для релапаротомии улучшают результаты лечения этой категории пострадавших.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Introduction</title><p>Introduction. The multisystem closed abdominal trauma is accompanied by a high mortality rate, and exceeding the minimum required volume of surgery in an extremely difficult patient’s condition often leads to an unfavorable outcome.</p></sec><sec><title>Aim of study</title><p>Aim of study. Standardization of staged treatment of patients with severe concomitant closed abdominal trauma.</p></sec><sec><title>Material and methods</title><p>Material and methods. This review presents the latest information obtained as a result of studying domestic and foreign literature on the issue of multistage surgical treatment of severe multisystem closed abdominal trauma. The concept of damage control, its stages are described step by step, indications for types of surgical interventions are specified. The literature data on the results of clinical application of the technique from the standpoint of evidence-based medicine are presented.</p></sec><sec><title>Conclusion</title><p>Conclusion.
